With an extensive history in coffee, a commitment to quality and respect for the land, the Vides family started producing in 1958 and is now in its third generation of producers. The community is very important to them, they sponsor and support numerous local projects. Green coffee undergoes a thorough processing protocol to ensure exceptional quality and this lot is no exception. After 36 hours of controlled fermentation, the coffee is processed using a traditional Guatemalan method: washed and pulped, then separated by density in water channels. In the cup you will taste deep sweetness and muscat grapes coupled with the freshness of lemon-lime fruit zest.
