At Fonzie Abbott, we work hard to get your coffee and gear to you as quickly as possible so you can get brewing.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All coffee is shipped from stock, allowing us to dispatch orders quickly while maintaining freshness.


Shipping Rates

We offer Australia-wide shipping with the following rates:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $60

  • $10 flat rate shipping on orders under $60

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted delivery partners including:

  • Australia Post

  • Aramex

All orders are dispatched through our fulfilment platform Shippit, and once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Queensland: 1–3 business days

  • NSW / VIC: 2–5 business days

  • WA / NT / SA / TAS: 3–7 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on courier conditions, weather events, or peak periods.


Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect from our Newstead location.

If you select pickup at checkout, you will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection.

Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to collect your order.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address.
If the order has already shipped, additional re-shipping fees may apply where necessary.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with the courier, and where appropriate we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
