But how exactly have we gotten here, and where did Fonzie start off? You’ll find most of the info you want here, but to summarise, our founder, Dan (a lifelong coffee lover, surfer dude, and chaser of good times), bought a roastery, turning his dreams into a reality, working hand in hand with farmers across the globe to source exceptional coffee beans and bring their stories to Brisbane. 

From these beginnings, Fonzie Abbott is now home to a mouthwatering catalogue of single-origin and coffee bean blends, available in a range of grinds suited for everything from espresso to French press. We’re stoked to supply these to cafés across Brisbane and Australia, sharing our passion for craft coffee while fostering a lifestyle that celebrates quality, creativity, and a little bit of fun.
