This lot comes from Sakoko village in Ermera and is grown organically under shade. Railaco Station, operating since 2008, processes coffee from around 100 producers each week, handling everything from washing and drying to sorting and milling. Cherries are hand-picked, float-sorted, then sun-dried on raised beds before final grading and export.
