The Fonzie Abbott Cold Foam Recipe Guide
Cold foam has quickly become one of the most popular additions to iced coffee menus.
It's simple to prepare, easy to customise and gives cafés an opportunity to create premium drinks that customers are happy to pay more for.
This guide shares the base recipe we use in our cafés, along with a few of our favourite flavour combinations.
What is Cold Foam?
Cold foam is a lightly aerated mixture of milk and cream that sits on top of an iced drink.
Unlike whipped cream, it's smooth, silky and designed to gradually mix into the coffee as you drink.
The result is a richer texture, more flavour and a drink that feels just a little more special.
