WE ACTUALLY TRAINED FOR THIS
How Pinnacle Fitness got us Bridge to Brisbane ready and why we're sticking around long after the finish line.
Signing up for Bridge to Brisbane was the easy part.
Then came the small matter of actually getting ourselves ready to run it.
Luckily, our mates down the road at Pinnacle Fitness already had us covered. Over the past few months, we've been joining their run club sessions, throwing some DEADLY hill sprints into the mix, getting competitive over intervals and somehow still agreeing to a Bootcamp afterwards.
Bridge to Brisbane gave us something to train towards, somewhere along the way it became about a lot more than one race.
So, what's the training like?
AND, it doesn't just stop at running...
Pinnacle has a full range of group classes, yoga for a little more wellness and recovery, PTs on hand for more personalised training, plus a 24/7 open gym, so there’s plenty to keep you moving, whatever your training looks like.
B2B WAS THE GOAL. NOT THE END.
Crossing the finish line doesn't mean the training stops.
We'll keep running, lifting, doing classes, seeing our PTs and turning up for each other.
Because getting fit for one race is great.
Making it part of your life is better.
YOUR TURN.
Fast runner. Slow runner. Walk-runner. Not a runner at all.
It doesn't really matter.
Start where you're at. Come train with us.
