This region benefits from its high altitude, abundant rainfall, and volcanic soil to create the ideal conditions for growing high quality coffee. This special lot comes from multiple small-scale producers who employ artisanal methods in their coffee processing, including hand-pulping, fermentation in small tanks, and sun-drying on their own patios. In the cup you will taste sweet dark cherries, spices and baking chocolates complimented by the nuttines of almonds.
