The Cooperative Nkamwayacu(Mmkam-na-ya-chu) was established in 2006 by local farmers with the aim to achieve bigger profits. Its name is deeply rooted in local culture meaning "our dairy cow" and it currently has 335 members. This lot was fully washed and then fermented for 15 hours before being sorted and put to dry. In the cup you have a floral aroma and syrupy body, black tea, lime and jaffas chocolate flavour with a sweet long lingering golden syrup aftertaste. Enjoy it!
