During the processing phase, this coffee went through 36 hours of fermentation in a controlled, air-tight environment. This method enhances the fermentation process and brings out hidden flavours to the coffee. On the cup, you will find notes of mango and pineapple, tropical fruits sweetness and dark berry jam. Fonzie Abbott won a Bronze Medal at the Golden Bean 2022 Competition with this coffee. Enjoy it!
