A beautiful selection of cherries from different small farm holders located around Mount Kenya were used to create this lot. The cherries were picked and sorted by hand where only the ripest cherries were used. Then, it was pulped and put to ferment overnight before being washed and graded. After that it was put to dry on drying tables for 8-14 days. In the cup you will find notes of black stone fruits, currants, dates, caramel and dark chocolate.
